So Kristenne was recovering from a night shift I went exploring. Walked from West Head road down to the Basin $3 entry fee :-( though ranger didn't make me pay because he couldn't break a $20 and I was there for about 2min...
Saw the aboriginal carvings Grandad mentioned from his days of walking to Flint and Steel and then I walked around to Mackerel Beach. Then spent the next hour trying to find the track up and out of the place. Eventually found it and got out.
